Content of these key subjects is further broadened and deepened by disciplines of doctoral study in the set of individual exams and also as a part of state doctoral exam.
Besides the education in the frame of own branch the department provides education in the area of economics and management for other branches of bachelor, master and doctoral programmes at the faculty of metallurgy and materials engineering and for the bachelor programme at the faculty of electronics and informatics. Some representatives of the department deliver lectures also at AGH University of Science and Technology in Poland in the subjects Logistics Management, Expert Systems in Logistics Management and System Engineering. Cooperation of the department and private companies has lead in realization of many innovative and retraining courses in the branch of economics and management.
